Yes folks, I've decided to restart FF7 illustrated. I was sitting in class and suddenly, thunderbolt! I wanted to take up this project again.
I don't know how long I'll do it for but I reckon as long as I'm driven, it'll try my best to make it happen.
I believe someone has been drawing FF6 the comic since 2007 and its STILL GOING!

Man. It's been a while
Yup. It really has been a while since I've been back here. Decided to get arty again and do some drawing so I guess that's a good thing.
Lots have happened since 2010. Soo I'm back from US, worked my 2 years back in SG and now back to studying again.
I've got a month to get my vfx portfolio together so best hop to it.
In the mean time, drawing has been relaxing though I am lazy to officially finish up images so I see what I can do in 4 hours max I suppose.
Keep on truckin.
The Rough Guide to Jobs in the CG Anim Industry
So a bunch of people get together and have this brilliant idea for a CG Animation project. It all starts with a script writer, a director, a producer and a few concept designers.
Script Writer
The script writer is the person who obviously writes the basic idea of the story. Script writers are hired by contract and for a period of time till the script is more or less 'production ready' (meaning its gone through discussions with the producers, creators and they've checked their budget and everything is cool) However this doesn't mean that the script doesn't change during the course of production. Its only a basic outline and the director has
Search for the Missing Animation - COMPLETE
When I was really young, I remembered watching this disturbing feature animation on TV with my brother. It was about these blue people who lived underground and were searching for a paradise and there was this kid playing a flute with a catchy tune.
Years later, having all grown up, we were somehow recalling the days of our youth and somehow remembered that disturbing animation on TV we watched then. We remembered the catchy flute tune, vaguely remembered the visuals of the animation but it really bugged us how we could NOT remember the title of the show or the catchy flute tune.
I told myself I would look up the name of the show and the na
How to Be Good at Anything - A Commentary
How to Be Good at Anything
Step 1: Define what you want to be good at.
This could be anything from baking a good dessert, taking photos of animals, cosplaying as your favorite character, being an expert at cleaning cars etc. The trick is starting off with the thought in your mind that you want to be an expert at something. Believe strongly in what you want to be good at and don't let go of that desire.
Step 2: Set small goals first, then build towards bigger ones.
People have a tendency to set super huge uber unreachable goals when they first start out wanting to be good at something. It's ok to dream huge but it's also better to start wi
